VS Fashions is a new online women fashion shopping store in the UAE.
They offer clothes that are relatively light on your pockets, which is always a plus, especially when you are trying something new, a new brand or online store or if you have a tendency to renew your wardrobe regularly. You might want to select different options and even test their sizes and the way the clothes fit. Almost like a mini haul to test the waters...
Not only do they have an extensive standard-sized collection, but they have also tapped into the plus size market. I had a sneak peek at their SS17 Curve section before it officially went online and this is what I picked out. My first thought led me to maxi dresses and this one stood out.

It checked three boxes: maxi, floral and cold shoulder.
These three trends are some of the most dominant themes last season and this summer. Who wouldn't want to get his hands on this beauty? I was a little apprehensive at first, because it is a little sheer but I overcame that shortly.
To complete the look, I paired the dress with a sleeveless black chiffon longline cardigan (my safety net), my trusty peep-toe booties and a tri-color block clutch in gold, black and white.

Their plus size clothing go up to size 4XL, which is equivalent to a size 20-22 UK.
I actually picked out my dress in that size, and after trying it out, I would have liked to be a tiny bit larger. Whenever there is no stretch in the material, I tend to size up. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful dress and a keeper for the summer, for an all-girls brunch or meetup, for a weekend lunch or just visiting family and friends.
