Monochrome | Tropical Print and Bows

On the second day of Eid, my family and I decided to go to Mirdif City Center so we can have a quick lunch and then be able to entertain our kiddo. He was really eager to go to Little Explorers, the perfect place for fun and education - edutainment! During this festive period, everyone is trying to avoid the heat and humidity by making plans indoors. You can imagine how everyone's primary destination is malls! I must admit I was expecting the worst, and finding ourselves drowning in the crowd, but we ended up enjoying our day out! (indoors hehe)

As for my outfit of the day, I must say that prints are inescapable: from this season to the next.
I am seeing less solids and more prints lately. The tropical and fruit prints are a reference to recurrent keywords like summer time, vacation, the beach and the 'mucho caliente' weather.
Here is my attempt to vivify the monochrome look with prints. Even though my outfit is black and white, I find a certain appeal to it.
I like it the way it is and I can't seem to keep away from my white Call It Spring sneakers!
A little accent is added with the bow element, both as earrings and on the satchel I am carrying today.
